Our mission is to provide a variety of resources to mothers to help them navigate taking care of themselves after leaving the hospital. We want to bridge the gap between them going home and their first follow up visit.

Our Future Services Include

Pre-Birth Education:

  • Classes focused on “The red flags of Postpartum”

  • Provide realistic education to the support partners of women to help them know what to look out for as their partner is transitioning into motherhood

  • Provides the mother with a teammate to help focus on her care while she focuses on baby

  • Access to resources provided by zoom, podcast, and individual consultation as needed.

Home Health Nurses:

  • Week 1: vital sign assessment every 2 days

  • Week 2: mental health check in, breast feeding evaluation, every 3 days

  • Week 3: phone call check in twice a week

  • Week 4: In person check in with no baby- Mothers night out (breast feeding permitting)

  • Week 5: In person check in with a list of what to discuss with the doctor.
